Dyeing and Finishing

Dyeing finishing is the application of dyes or pigments to textile materials, such as fibres, yarns and fabrics, with the aim of obtaining a color with the desired fastness. After dyeing the yarn or fabric, processes are performed to improve the appearance and performance of the finished textile or garment. In the figure, the original COD of the dyeing and finishing wastewater is 505ppm, mainly disperse/reactive dyes, and the color is dark blue. After treatment with a compound coagulant, the color of the supernatant is obviously lighter, and the COD is also reduced to 55 ppm.

*The picture shows a certain printing and dyeing wastewater (mainly disperse and reactive dyes), using a coagulant with composite components to effectively remove color and COD.
