Cleaning the cutting grid is time-consuming and often requires expensive replacements or repairs. The protective agent E-WELD Shield is designed for use in plasma or laser cutting applications. It is easy to apply through a spraying system and provides optimal surface protection. By treating the cutting table with a coating, the ceramic additives in the product prevent the accumulation of large amounts of slag. Additionally, this slag is easier to remove, meaning less time is needed for cleaning the cutting rods, allowing the system to be used for longer periods. Furthermore, since cutting grids do not need frequent replacement, costs are saved. This technology features:
