Since March, Schneider has been using the BIO-CIRCLE L Evo with the GT Compact parts cleaning machine to clean the solder frames, filters, and various components of the wave soldering system.

 

Cleaning various components of the wave soldering system carries the risk of exposure to harmful substances, which can cause damage to the nervous system, skin, liver, and kidneys. Now, using BIO-CIRCLE helps to avoid these damages, ensuring the protection of Schneider employees.

The BIO-CIRCLE GT Compact's electric pump delivers the cleaning fluid to a three-way faucet (three-valve). From there, the detergent enters the workstation through a hose with a brush, an articulated hose, or both. Various brushes and attachments can then be used to clean the solder frames, filters, and parts. All that is needed is to wear gloves and safety goggles. The dirty cleaning solution flows back to the tank via a central drainage pipe. There, grease and oil residues are broken down by microorganisms in the detergent, ensuring a longer service life. As water connection is not required and the cleaning machine forms its own circuit, the machine is portable.

 

The equipment has good cleaning effects on organic and non-polar substances (e.g., fats, oils), inorganic and polar substances (e.g., salts), and inorganic and non-polar substances (e.g., debris, dust).

Using BIO-CIRCLE also has some environmental benefits: Previously, it was not possible to prevent pollutants from entering groundwater 100%, but with the GT Compact, possible pollution is captured by special reusable cleaning cloths, allowing the detergent to be reused without emitting large amounts of pollutants. Only regular cleaning is required. The removed dirt can be simply disposed of in the trash. Used cleaning agents that can no longer be reused are disposed of by external service providers, ensuring traceability.
