Principle of action

 

With XYLEXTM PROTECT, start with a clean and disinfected surface. Then, apply XYLEX ^® Protect and let it dry. It forms an invisible molecular barrier on surfaces that works with standard disinfection protocols to prevent ATP surges. Although we can't see XYLEXTM PROTECT on the surface, we can take a closer look at the molecular level to see how it works. The active ingredient XYLEXTM PROTECT forms a self-assembled monolayer on the surface. The monolayer has an anti-adhesion effect, making it difficult for organic residues to stick to the surface. At the same time, it eliminates gaps and creates a smooth surface, making regular disinfectants more effective than unprotected surfaces.

 

How to use!?

 

So, how do we deal with high-touch surfaces in hospitals, restaurants, and other public spaces?

 

Rigorous cleaning and disinfection regimens can remove microorganisms from surfaces but do not prevent microbial recolonization and the surge of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) during cleaning. This means microorganisms can grow exponentially between cleanings, spreading infection and disease.
