Electrolytic polishing machine ~ High-efficiency SURFOX electrolytic polishing machine with NSF certified electrolyte! 1-2m per minute! Improve work efficiency!

Seam Cleaning, Passivation, Polishing ,All in One Machine!!

A Safer, Faster Stainless Steel Weld Seam Cleaning Method!

Safe!

The SURFOX cleaning electrolyte is NSF certified and can be used in food plants without posing a health risk to operators.

Fast!

Uniform cleaning and passivation (ASTM A967 passivation certified) are performed at a rate of 1 to 2 meters per minute.

Convenient!

The liquid storage tank and distribution pump automatically deliver the cleaning electrolyte to the tip of the SURFOX machine, ensuring uninterrupted cleaning.

The German-imported SURFOX system has passed ASTM A967 (ASTM A380) passivation certification and is NSF registered for use in food plant applications. It features a patented cleaning system for removing rust and corrosion on stainless steel weld seams. SURFOX is a safer, faster, and more cost-effective alternative to highly hazardous pickling paste and abrasive weld seam cleaning processes (such as wire brushing and grinding). It can also be used for polishing and etching.

Machine Models

Surfox mini™ Electrolytic Polishing Machine

Compact and portable, ideal for field or repair work

Product Features: Equipped with an injection tube design, pressing the brush head can squeeze out the electrolyte without interrupting work.

Output Power: 450 Watt

Current Range: 6-10 A

Power Supply: 120 Volt, 50/60Hz

Applicable Metals: Stainless Steel/Aluminum/Titanium

Machine Weight: 3.8 KG

**SURFOX MINI™, designed with ergonomics in mind, features variable power settings to ensure perfect surface treatment even on the most delicate surfaces. The device uses a refillable electrolyte cartridge instead of an integrated tank to reduce weight and increase portability. Ideal for repairs, touch-ups, and small-scale work. This newly redesigned device can clean TIG or spot welds on stainless steel and MIG, TIG, or spot welds on aluminum. It can also use the SURFOX marking kit to mark stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium surfaces.

Surfox™ 305 Electrolytic Polishing Machine

The industry's safest and fastest MIG and TIG welding cleaning system

Product Features: Designed with liquid storage and output inside the machine, no need for dipping, work interruption.

Output Power: 900 Watt

Current Range: 0-30 A

Power Supply: 230V, 50/60 Hz

Applicable Materials: Stainless Steel/Aluminum/Titanium

Machine Weight: 18.6 KG

SURFOX™ 305 is our patented stainless steel and aluminum electrochemical welding cleaning system. It can quickly and easily remove heat discoloration from the heat-affected zone of MIG, TIG, and spot welds, clean surfaces, and allow stainless steel to begin passivating without altering surface finish. The integrated trough and circulation system ensure that the electrolyte is delivered directly to the workpiece, minimizing the potential for overflow or cross-contamination. Dynamic current control also ensures that no pitting occurs on the surface.

SURFOX Electrolyte

SURFOX T Phosphoric Acid Electrolyte

This high-performance electrolyte solution, composed of phosphoric acid and other additives, is the perfect solution for high-demand weld cleaning applications. SURFOX-T is designed for cleaning TIG, spot, and MIG welds. When used with direct current, SURFOX-T electrochemically polishes the weld seam. SURFOX-T contains additives to enhance polishing effects while removing dullness and other contaminants from the weld seam.

SURFOX H Citric Acid Electrolyte

SURFOX-H is an electrocleaning solution that removes weld seam discoloration and enhances passivation of the work surface without the use of hazardous pickling paste. TIG and spot weld discoloration is immediately eliminated, restoring the original polished effect without further treatment.

SURFOX N Neutralizing Solution

Neutralization is necessary to prevent the action of acids used in electrochemical and electrochemical polishing processes. If the acid is not fully neutralized, it will continue to interact with the stainless steel surface. To properly neutralize, it is strongly recommended to use SURFOX-N for surface treatment. Rinsing with water alone is often not enough. To fully neutralize, first remove excess electrolyte solution from the substrate with a cloth or paper towel. Then spray SURFOX-N on the surface for neutralization, and finally wipe the surface thoroughly with a clean cloth.
